Customizable Chicken Nuggets

I was watching TV and a McDonalds commercial came on. They were promoting their chicken nuggets and described their nuggets as "customizable." I was confused. What the hell does it mean for a chicken nugget to be customizable? I asked the smartest person I know: the internet. Here's what he said:
