Things I don't understand...

Hello world...
If there's one thing I can't understand, it would be this...
I went to pick up some coffee for my Aunt, and saw the front page of yesterday's New York Times... I just have one question. How can you justify sacrificing the lives of children? Seriously, someone explain that to me, because I just don't understand. Obviously, this wasn't an attack ON children, but an attack on Shiite worshipers, whose children were present at the time. Either way, I feel like the whole situation is wrong. This is part of the reason why I don't follow the news anymore. I hate seeing all the horrible things in the world, and feeling so useless because there's nothing I can do to change it.
